  • When will I receive my order?

    We aim to send all orders within 72 hours. However, we do not work weekends or Bank Holidays,therefore if an order is placed during this time, we will endeavour to process your order at the earliest opportunity upon our return.

  • Do you work on the weekend?

    At present, we do not operate on the weekends. If you have sent us an e-mail or message during this time, we will aim to respond to you within 72 hours.

  • How will my items be delivered?

    We currently send all items by Royal Mail and use their Tracked Service to ensure that your parcel arrives with you safely. However, there may be times when another courier is used.

  • But I have more than one Dog!

    If you have more than one Dog, you may decide to double the fun each month. No matter whether it’s a one-off purchase, or maybe your subscribing, then simply increase the item quantity to the number of parcels you require. Once ordered just sit back and relax and wait for your parcel of Dog Treats 4 U to arrive on your doorstep soon.  If you have selected a Subscription box, the same number of parcels will arrive for you each month until you cancel. 

  • What if the item/product arrives and it looks different to in the picture?

    All of our dog treats are naturally sourced and as a result will vary in size and appearance. Our Illustrations are for reference only. If you are supplied a product however that is diffrent to product that was ordered, it means that there may have been a supply issue. In this instance you can rest assured that we have made every effort to supply you a similar product which will typically be to a higher value. Should you not be happy with any Replacement Retail Product (only) you can return it for a Full Refund (Please see Refund Policy’s for further information). 

  • Do I have to subscribe for a minimum time?

    Absolutely Not! In fact, it is one of our unique features and should you wish to stop at any time, you can easily stop without any of those nasty minimum terms or deposits either, as we don't ask for any.

  • Do you have any discounts for existing customers?

    If you sign up to our Newsletters, you will be supplied with a promotional voucher code once your details have been registered with us. Once you are a member with us, you can enjoy our regular newsletters which may contain additional vouchers or promotional codes too!

  • What do I do if there is a missing item from my order?

    If you are missing an item from your order, you should contact us on the day you receive your parcel. All our shipping boxes will be sealed with tamper proof tape so can be easily identified, should your box have been opened. In either instance, please contact us immediately at sales@dogtreats4u.co.uk

  • Should I be concerned if my parcel is damaged?

    Typically no. Depending on your location within the UK, your parcel will have been collected, handled and distributed by several teams, in an effort to get your dogs treats to you quickly. However at times a small amount of damage may occur. In such instances, we always recommend checking the tamper proof tape on your parcel and inspecting the items within your package, on the day of arrival. Should you be concerned at all, please contact us on the day you receive your parcel at sales@dogtreats4u.co.uk. 

  • What if I find more items in my box than I ordered?

    At Dog Treats 4 U, our aim is to look after all of our customers and not just the new ones, unlike many of our competitors... Therefore, at times you may be provided extra dog treats or promotional items free of charge. This is how we thank you for being a part of our family.

  • Until what point can I change the delivery address?

    Should you wish to change the delivery address that you have provided, we ask that you e-mail immediately, but no later than 48 hours after the order was placed. Upon receipt of your e-mail, we will make every effort to have the address updated. However, if your parcel has already been despatched then you should receive tracking details shortly after. Alternatively, these can be provided to you upon request.

  • Do you offer discounts for Blue Light & NHS card holders?

    Absolutely, at Dog Treats 4 U we understand the hardwork and commitment that our NHS, Police & Fire Brigade provide our nation each and every day! We thank you for your service and only ask that you either upload or send us a copy of your Bluelight card  and we will send you a discount code to use each and every time you shop with us!

  • Do you offer Discount for Military personnel or Veterans?

    Absolutely, in fact one of our owners is a Military veteran himself ! It is with this mind that we fully appreciate the dedication, pride and commitment that it takes to serve in our armed forces. Just upload or e-mail us a copy of either your RAF,Navy, Army or Veteran's Identification card and we'll be happy to send you a discount code to use each and every time you shop with us!
